rec League

The Rec League is your chance to stay motivated, challenge yourself, and have fun with your gym community every quarter. Whether you're a longtime athlete or just getting started, the Rec League gives everyone a reason to show up, push a little harder, and celebrate progress together. Each challenge keeps things fresh, gives you a goal to train for, and brings your gym together in a new way.

Participating in the Rec League

The Rec League is made to fit you, no matter your schedule, experience level, or how you like to train. Whether you're in it for fun, fitness, or a little competition, there's a place for you.

  • Sign up as an individual, mixed-gender duo (M/F), or same-sex team of three

  • Choose to compete in one division or multiple divisions

  • Complete the workout on your own schedule within the 2-week submission window

  • Resubmit your score as many times as you’d like during that window to improve your result

  • Join however your gym runs it, community-style or official heats
